How can I trace my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there will be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website where you could trace your order. 
Insurance
Are the packages insured?
You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance. The shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. 99% of the items will be delivered safely. In case your item get lost or held at your custom, we will be responsible for half the loss.
Delivery
How Long Will It Take To Delivery?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes around 10 days, Processing takes 3-7 days normally.Please allow us a 3-7 days dispatching, includes collecting, packing and domestic custom clearing
The Courier we use will not deliver the package unless someone signing for it. So Please check the shipping status of your order frequently, and contact your local postoffice of when you are available . If the package has been returned to us due to no one signing for it , uggfactorystore.com will not accept any refund on it. If you still want the returned order ,then you are responsible for the resend freight,depending on weight of the commodity.
Cancellation of the order 
How to cancel the order I have paid for?
If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you are uncertain about something in your order and you wish to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packaging process so you still have time to make changes.
If the package has already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.
If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not cancelling the previous items, simply contact us and we will process it, usually for no extra fees.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 25% cancellation fee applies.  Shipped orders cannot be cancelled
Can Products Be Returned Back For Refund,Repairment And Replacement
We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality.
1.Replace
order cancellation and modify are accepted within 12 hours ONLY.
Products with quality problem in 30 days - unused and contain all the original packaging and labels (from the date products were received)can be returned and replaced.
Customer need to send the products back to us,When we receive the products,We will replace new ones and ship back to customer.
We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to the customer.
2.Repair
Customer is suggested to has the product mended in the local shop, we will pay for the mending fee.
Customer can also send the products back to us,When we receive the products,We will repair and ship back to customer.
We will pay shipping fee for the repaired products we shipped to the customers.
3.Return and full refund
Products with quality problem in 7 days - unused and contain all the original packaging and labels (from the date products were received)can be returned and refund.
Customer need to send the products back to us,When we receive the products,We will give an full refund.
4.Return and partial refund.
Because the international shipping fee is very high, we do not give full refund for returns without quality problems. Such as "I don't like the product","not as imagining"or just "not satisfied".
We will reduce the shipping fee from the order total amount, which means a partial refund. The customer need to afford the returning postage and after we received only 70% refund.
Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, and TNT. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.
If you did not buy your product directly from uggfactorystore.com, you will need to contact the vendor who sold it to you.
